Heather ‘Razzlekhan’ Morgan Should Spend 18 Months in Prison, Prosecutors Tell Court
Prosecutors are recommending Heather Morgan, known online as “Razzlekhan,” serve 18 months in prison for her involvement in a cryptocurrency money laundering scheme. Morgan and her husband, Ilya Lichtenstein, were arrested in February 2022 for allegedly laundering $4.5 billion in stolen Bitcoin. Prosecutors argue that Morgan played a “crucial” role in the scheme by using her digital marketing expertise to promote their laundering services. Morgan’s defense attorneys have requested leniency, citing her lack of criminal history and her cooperation with investigators. The sentencing hearing is scheduled for February 28, 2023.
