I am working on project .i have a functionality where user can submit Bitcoin to my wallet .and after submitting bitcoin a payment page will open and user will fill payment details e.g his/her bitcoin wallet address and transaction hash.
Problem
if two user (A and B ) .

(A is valid user and submit true details) and
-
B is fake user but
submit the same details as User A -
A submit the bitcoin from wallet
12345. -
B saying he also submit the same bitcoin with same wallet address .
How we will verify which user is authentic.
