Update the current progress on July 29th – Twogap

However, ever since the launch of IEO, any challenges facing Twogap has represent the original problem Liquid.

Preparation for IEO started at the end of March, in early April. Assessment rounds ended after 1,5 months. Since then, the third factor came up which led to the delay of IEO and the dragging delay of listing on Bitforex, which required the postponement.

Any communiques published to our community earlier were based on the Agreement between Twogap and Liquid as well as official consent from Liquid. As an official partner, we both acquire understanding that Marketing must be a priority target.

The bygone challenge was barely straightforward. Twogap did encounter it for this one and only reason: IEO should not be the target, but the instrument to start a long-term action.

Let’s start with the myth of a giant legend, Phu Dong Thien Vuong (simply called Thanh Giong). Thanh Giong was a 3-year-old boy who requested the King to build a horse, a shield and a sword of iron for him so that he could go and chase the invaders away when the King sent messengers to all over the country looking for talents to save the country. In the battle, when the iron sword finally broke because of so much use, Giong used the bamboo trees that he pulled up from the sides of the road and wiped away the enemies. Based on that myth, let’s take:

• “The Iron horse, the iron shield, and iron sword or alternative “bamboo trees”” as instruments
• “Fighting the invaders” as an action
• “Wipe the enemies away” as target to achieve

Back to Twogap, challenges may have appeared very soon at the beginning of our steps forward. However, the sooner we could overcome these challenges, the better for us to enrich our experience, spending time on upgrading the team, and re-finalizing our key target. This is a good chance for Twogap to reshape our motivation, checking our instruments, applying alternative plans to intense our action to the final target step by step, based on the roadmap.

Target: short-term but strictly

– Testnet, mainnet launching time: to be started as planned in roadmap, no change.

– Before Mainnet, to get approval of reservation for using technology solution system, products and services — 20 exchanges and third-party exchange service providers.

– To generate distribution and effective market-making for TGT.

Action

• To continuously promote Technology Solution System, Product and Services to potential clients (exchanges + 3rd-party exchange service providers) in the soonest time. In the current time, the number of clients has increased from 6,7 to 10. This is the strong demand and volume of TGT in reality.
• Build up, testing, get ready for Testnet.
• Boosting Branding for TGT & Twogap in hotspots of traders (50 groups of leading securities exchanges and crypto exchanges)
• To continue distribution and healthy market-making for TGT, to renovate based on experience from the earlier time.

Instruments

– To check, consolidate category of instruments

– Replace the earlier distribution plan by innovated ones.
