SEC mulls Franklin, Hashdex crypto ETFs; delays VanEck, ARK Ether ETFs.
The United States’ Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has begun the consideration of the pending ETF applications from Franklin Templeton, Hashdex, VanEck and ARK Invest for cryptocurrency-based funds. A decision regarding the applications from VanEck and ARK Invest for Ether ETFs has, however, been delayed.
