Gryphon Digital seeks court dismissal of Sphere 3D’s lawsuit.
Gryphon Digital has applied for a court motion to dismiss a lawsuit made by Sphere 3D, claiming they are not liable for any of the damages Sphere 3D has alleged. The lawsuit claims technology fraud and breach of contract relating to the previous sale of certain assets.
