“We were able to use machine learning to train a model that can predict the flavor profile of a beer based on its ingredients and brewing process,” said Benjamin Wolfe, lead author of the study and a doctoral student in food science at Cornell. “This could be a valuable tool for brewers who want to design new beers or improve the flavor of their existing beers.”
