Bittrex settles with SEC, agrees to pay $24M penalty.

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced that digital currency exchange Bittrex has agreed to pay a $24 million civil penalty to settle charges against it for failing to properly register its services with the Commission.
