Notes On Filenet’s First Packaging Node Public Incentive Extended To February 29, 2020
Dear global packaging nodes:
According to the requirements of the Filenet main chain smart contract, the project is fully promoting the on-chain implementation of Filenet packaging nodes. The purpose is to further ensure the security of data on the chain, continuously improve storage efficiency, and provide reasonable incentives to miners who are willing to provide resources for iterative updates of the main chain. To this end, Filenet will focus on packaged mining as another technical focus next to the super node mining.
In order to encourage nodes to share and co-govern communities, deepen community consensus, and build a healthy Filenet ecosystem, Filenet officially launched an Autonomous Community Voting Incentive Program And Packaging Node Recruitment Campaign in December 2019. At present, the first phase of packaging node rewards distribution and the second phase of packaging node recruitment have been completed. During the first period of 10 packaging nodes, from January 1st to January 31st, 2020, a total of 657,725FN was issued for packaging mining. Each packaging node received a maximum of 69,900FN and a minimum of 63,725FN. In the second phase, a total of 13 packaging nodes completed.
At the same time, according to the public incentive policy of the packaging node, as of 00:00 on February 1, 2020, the Filenet packaging node will receive additional rewards besides packaged income according to the votes from 00:00 on January 1, 2020 to 24:00 on January 31, 2020. The total reward is 48379.06 Fn. Among them, Xing Chi IoT and Weleadin 2 will receive 10513 Fn and 19820Fn of public incentives due to their early voting time and high amount. The incentive will be allocated for all nearly 300 addresses as soon as possible.
In order to motivate communities around the world to actively participate in Filenet’s packaging nodes, and to benefit more users, the autonomous community decided to extend the packaging node public incentives to February 29, 2020, so as to allow users who participated in voting for the third phase of packaging nodes from February 1, 2020 to February 29, 2020 to also enjoy public incentives according to the same rules.
The specific public incentive rules are counted based on the voting deadline of 00:00 (UTC00: 00) on March 1, 2020. The following incentive rules are also set:
1) Packing node candidates with more than 400,000 votes, after being officially audited to become packing nodes in March 2020, will receive the following public incentives besides the packaged mining revenue:
A. For the voting period from February 1, 2020, 00:00 (UTC00: 00) to February 14, 2020, 23:59:59 (UTC00: 00), candidates will get a public incentive of 8% of the monthly votes (FN, Calculated on a daily basis according to the number of votes and the date, each vote is counted as 1FN),
B. For the voting period from February 15, 2020, 00:00 (UTC00: 00) toFebruary 29, 2020, 23:59:59 (UTC00: 00), candidates will get a public incentive of 4% of the monthly votes (FN, Calculated on a daily basis according to the number of votes and the date, each vote is counted as 1FN).
2) Packing node candidates with a voting volume less than 400,000 votes will still receive the following public incentives:
A. For the voting period from February 1, 2020, 00:00 (UTC00: 00) to February 14, 2020, 23:59:59 (UTC00: 00), candidates will get a public incentive of 5% of the monthly votes (FN, , Calculated on a daily basis according to the number of votes and the date, each vote is counted as 1FN),
B. For the voting period from February 15, 2020, 00:00 (UTC00: 00) to February 29, 2020, 23:59:59 (UTC00: 00), candidates will get a public incentive of 2.5% of the monthly votes (FN, Calculated on a daily basis according to the number of votes and the date, each vote is counted as 1FN).
