Lobstar token surges to $13M market cap after AI agent's blunder

An AI agent, created by an OpenAI employee known as @pashmerepat and named @LobstarWilde, mistakenly transferred $441,000 worth of $Lobstar tokens to a user, @TreasureD76, who had only requested a small amount of $SOL for his uncle’s medical treatment. After selling part of the tokens for approximately $40,000, @TreasureD76 saw the incident go viral, leading traders to meme the mishap and significantly boost $Lobstar’s market presence, resulting in a $13 million market cap and $42 million in 24-hour on-chain trading volume. The event highlights the influence of community hype and viral narratives in the Solana ecosystem, which has become prominent for meme tokens.
