Kraken investigates client connectivity issues for FIX API and Websocket

Kraken is currently investigating reports from clients who are experiencing difficulties connecting to derivatives via the FIX API and to spot markets via the WebSocket API. This issue arises despite Kraken’s recent enhancements to its infrastructure aimed at improving uptime and reducing latency for API-based trading. These improvements were part of Kraken’s efforts to support high-frequency trading, particularly important as interest from institutional investors has grown.
