SMM Manager — ChangeNow

You will create engaging content and visuals tailored to the crypto audience, while monitoring trends and real-time news across various crypto channels. Additionally, you’ll manage community feedback, produce short-form videos, run paid campaigns, and analyze analytics to optimize our social media strategy.

What we expect:
2–3+ years in SMM (crypto/Web3 experience is a must).
English C1 – fluent and confident.
Strong copywriting and crisis management skills.
Hands-on with Figma, GA4, ChatGPT/Claude (paid versions).
Deep knowledge of X, Telegram, Reddit, IG, TikTok, YouTube – and how they work in crypto.

Would be a plus if you have: 
Midjourney/AI video tools, Jira, TGStat, Brand24.
Experience with podcasts, Spaces, or live sessions.
Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and the broader Web3 landscape.
