Operation Manager — Chain Catcher

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across Product, Marketing, Community, BD, and Development teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Build and optimize operational workflows and internal processes.
• Maintain and improve project documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
• Organize team meetings, prepare reports, and track execution progress.
• Collaborate with founders and team leads to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Track KPIs, operational metrics, and growth indicators.
• Support launches of new products, features, campaigns, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Manage communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure smooth execution of community, marketing, and partnership activities.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• 1.5+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience working in startups, technology companies, FinTech, or Web3 projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Web3 Knowledge

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, and token-based economies.
• Experience using crypto wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby, or Trust Wallet.
• Understanding of on-chain transactions and blockchain explorers.
• Active interest in Web3 trends and emerging technologies.
