Finance Director (Ireland) — Kast
As Finance Director / Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function for KAST’s Irish operations, overseeing financial strategy, reporting, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence.
You will play a key role in building and scaling a global fintech business, partnering closely with leadership, operations, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance while supporting rapid growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the finance function for KAST Ireland, ensuring strong financial controls, reporting, and governance
- Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision support
- Oversee regulatory capital, financial reporting, and compliance requirements in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage statutory reporting and financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (including IFRS)
- Partner with auditors, regulators, banking partners, and advisors as needed
- Support treasury, liquidity management, and financial operations across a global fintech environment
- Build scalable finance processes and systems to support company growth
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of senior corporate accounting experience, ideally originating from a Big 4 Audit background, combined with senior management history within a regulated European fintech, EMI, or digital asset provider.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and a valid CA, ACA, or CPA qualification
- Proven track record navigating Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) or UK FCA supervisory assessments
- Absolute execution grit: comfortable operating in a zero-bureaucracy environment built on velocity and excellence. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
