EPIC CASH: A REVOLUTION IN DIGITAL ASSETS – Rosemary Offei
Online activities and the internet has really increased with the modern trends in technology. Through modern technology, digital assets have been projected as very important that is obviously related to blockchain technology. Bitcoin really helped this phenomenon that has made many people to appreciate digital assets. At the beginning of the last decade, bitcoin was introduced to create a financial liberation as it gives protection and security to its users. Through the vision for which blockchain technology and bitcoin was introduced, many projects have been created for people to have access to a better financial service. Recently I came across an amazing project known as Epic Cash, a project that has an amazing offer for its users.
ABOUT EPIC CASH
Epic Cash is a platform that would lead the pathway to the ultimate P2P internet cash in the private financial sector. The Epic Cash currency seeks to become the world’s most innovative and private form of digital money.
Cryptocurrencies are stored in wallets whose addresses are known as public keys that are derived from a wallet’s private key. A cryptocurrency wallet should be seen as a means to find an individual’s private vault in the digital world. With Epic Cash, wallet addresses are replaced with one huge multi signature through which all public and private keys are generated in a unique way.
Since wallet addresses are a vault’s locator in the digital world, that wallet can easily be traced to an individual’s Internet Protocol (IP) address that binds the owner to a computer at a particular location. In simple terms, whenever a bitcoin transaction takes occurs the transaction is broadcasted through a communication hub called a ‘node’ and then spread to other nodes called ‘peers’. Information about the transaction is then distributed to each of those nodes’ peers consequently across the entire blockchain network.
Aside eliminating wallet address of cryptocurrencies. This is made possible through the integration of the Dandelion++ Protocol. This particular protocol is an improvement of its predecessor, the original Dandelion Protocol. Through Dandelion++, all transactions are executed over random cables, and eventually diffused to a large network of nodes, just like the pods of a Dandelion flower when blown from their stem. I guess you now understand where the name Dandelion is coming from.
The monetary policy of Epic Cash and Bitcoin are very similar in many ways. Epic Cash circulating supply first spreads rapidly and then unites with the circulating supply of Bitcoin by the year 2028. This would then increase thereafter at a declining rate until reaching a peak supply of 21 million Epic by 2140. Epic Cash is a safe store of long-term value since the circulating supply is known at any point along with its emission lifecycle and finish up in a fixed maximum supply.
SUMMARY ON EMISSION AND MINING
Epic Cash provides complete decentralization by ensuring a wide range of computation hardware. The mining of Epic Cash is initially available to CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, and ASIC.
According to projections made by Epic Cash, the project intends to have a maximum of 33 mining eras, each defined by a decrease in block rewards in close relation to their preceding era. The Epic Genesis, the day on which Epic Cash block #1 is mined, takes place on July 4, 2019. Blocks are programmed to mine at one per minute.
CONCLUSION
To make a quick start, a functional testnet is already running. In the near future, Epic Cash seeks to become a decentralized digital gold. The blockchain network on which Epic Cash runs on is transparent, public, borderless, and censorship-resistant. The privacy and wealth of its users are preserved and rewards miners who use their hardware in support of the network through mining.
