Once relatively obscure outside of Miami, Coconut Grove is now gaining national attention for its seclusion and charm, boasting large banyan trees and winding streets, making it an appealing alternative to more well-known hotspots like Miami Beach and Indian Creek. The area’s allure is highlighted by its small gated communities, which real estate agents note were largely familiar only to locals until recently.
