I ultimately seek verification of the procedure. If it is indeed accurate then I want to help steer implementing it.
Idea in a nutshell:
Every vote-eligible individual has a personal digital signature. Using a setup procedure, all personal digital signatures are used to generate one anonymous digital signature per individual.
The next thing is that we decentralize passports, as presented in the slides. Once that is achieved, countries can be decentralized to help world peace.
Complexity in at most O(n^4 log n) for n voters; but can probably be improved.
