As you can see in this chart we have severe Oversold RSI conditions similar to the previous bottom. Could this be signaling a reversal/bottom for the next leg up? Also notice the chart formations and Fib Extension of the previous rise. Based on the previous rise and retracement could this be the start of a new rise to 13c and higher. What are your thoughts?
