Update on Workshops and Unibright Tokens (UBT) – UnibrightIO
In our December recap of 2019 and outlook on 2020, we were happy to tell that our workshops offered on unibright.solutions can be accessed by reedeming UBT (the voucher to use our products and services) as well. This brought an additional utility to our token, next to using it as the voucher for our Unibright Framework and our products around tokenization with Freequity. In this blog post we provide an update on our workshop structure and UBT involved.
The demand for workshops from Unibright really picked up in the last months. Especially after the announcement of our leading engagement in the EEA Integration Taskforce EMINENT, together with Chainlink and Anyblock, we got many requests from enterprises (from start-up to established players) interested in our expertise of bringing enterprises closer to blockchain.
All these workshops are not standardized presentations on “what is blockchain”, but tailor made, process specific workshops for the requesting company — including custom made after work from analysis papers to PoC (Proof-of-Concept) development.
We decided to suspend the smallest workshop package until further notice, and re-evaluated the UBT amount that has to be redeemed for accessing the workshops. We strengthen our statement that we will always value our voucher higher than fiat and therefore take 1 UBT for a value of ~0,42 USD until further notice.
The resulting workshop package sizes and prices for Unibright Solutions are as follows:
- “First Touch” workshop: Suspended until further notice
- “Deep Dive” workshops: 7.500 UBT / 2.500 EUR
- “Small”: 30.000 UBT / 10.000 EUR
- “Medium”: 150.000 UBT / 50.000 EUR
- “Large”: 300.000 UBT / 100.000 EUR
The corresponding changes hold true for workshops and services within our tokenization solution Freequity and Unibright Think Tank as well:
- “First Touch” workshop: Suspended until further notice
- “Deep Dive” workshop Freequity: 7.500 UBT / 2.500 EUR
- “Deep Dive” workshop ThinkTank: 15.000 UBT / 5.000 EUR
We also added an “Express” option, which will give interested enterprises the option to move further top on the list of workshops to be held, if they redeem some extra UBT for that. (+50% per workshop).

Please note, that a higher token price will always incentivize customers to go for long-term contracts — that’s exactly what we aim for, what makes total sense in the field of business integration (where a processes is set up to be automated and long-lasting) and what also adds to the potential audience of Enterprise Ethereum.
We will always have in mind to create additional usage for UBT — heading towards UBT being the “Universal Blockchain Token”!
