A few things to look at here on SLP .

1) Apparently there are going to be some new ways to burn the coin here soon within the game. This could be a very good sign for higher price action but until this happens, we still need to be cautious. I have noticed recently that the burn rate has increased and the mint rate is decreasing, but only marginally.

2) It looks like we are trying/have found support back at the green box I have mentioned in my previous posts. This is a good sign because it could indicate a double bottom and the last time we tested this box we had a decent move to the upside. This does NOT mean that we are going to break previous highs. As of now this is just a bounce.

3) If we do find strong support here, it needs to shoot us above the previous highs as well as the ichimoku cloud on the daily. SLP has a relatively narrow window to do this as the ichimoku cloud is starting to widen again. A break above the cloud and a positive retest of it could indicate we are starting to form a new uptrend. We really need to see something like scenario 1 play out.

4) We are currently trading below a red spread on the daily chart EMA ribbon. It is worth a note the spread is relatively small so we shouldn’t have too much of a problem breaking to the upside. If we cant manage to break it this could be very very bad as it will widen on the next move down, which would likely be scenario 2.

5) We are currently holding support from the .618 on the fib retracement.

I’m relatively neutral on this but the burn rate mechanism implementation is likely to make the price go higher so i’m siding with the bulls on this one, as of now.
