There is some news today in the case against Ripple. To put it simply the Judge in the Case has denied the SEC’s motion to throw out Ripples Fair Notice defense. This should give the bulls some power to potentially get the price action above the current resistance zone in the red. With an impending weekly MACD bullish cross coming this couldn’t have came at a better time. Watch for the price to break this zone and retest it as support in the coming week.
