This is where TA comes and helps you to lower and manage your risk. Best you can do is just wait for a confirmation by a breakout and retest either ways.
If you have a good entry at lower price, I would keep my long position open till we have a clear breakout of the symmetrical triangle.
But if you already exited your position just wait as I said previously.
