Riskified expands AI Agent Intelligence platform to secure retail chatbots

Michael Saylor’s Strategy buys $204M of Bitcoin in 101st purchase

Riskified, a fraud prevention firm, announced the expansion of its AI Agent Intelligence platform to enhance security for online retailers’ AI shopping assistants amid a rise in generative AI adoption. This initiative responds to growing concerns about fraud rings targeting early-stage AI protocols and chatbots, as 82% of retail organizations reportedly launched generative AI pilots aimed at improving customer service. The upgraded platform now offers features like AI Agent Identity Signals, allowing merchants to receive real-time risk indicators and secure transactions effectively by integrating through AWS Marketplace and Google’s Agent-to-Agent protocol.
