wave 4=$ 35400 = More than 63% Retracement of Wave 3 and 50% of the time!

Wave 4 Ratios:
Wave 4 is related to Wave 3 by one of the following:
Wave 4 = either 24%, 38% or 50% of Wave 3

Wave 4 = 35400 — 50%–> Wave 3 = 70800 (incorrect)
Wave 4 = 35400 — 38%–> Wave 3 = 93157 (incorrect)
Wave 4 = 35400 — 24%–> Wave 3 = 126428 (incorrect)
