Palantir secures $1B DHS deal for software licenses and support

Enjin Launches Essence of the Elements: A Cross-Game Multiverse Journey

Palantir has secured a significant $1 billion blanket purchase agreement with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for software licenses and implementation services that will be utilized across several agencies, including ICE and TSA. This deal, which streamlines procurement processes by bypassing traditional bidding, is part of an effort to enhance tools related to immigration enforcement, building upon a previous $30 million contract for the ImmigrationOS platform used for tracking and deportations, a move that aligns with the Trump administration’s immigration policies. However, this expansion has led to internal concerns among Palantir employees regarding ethics and privacy issues related to government surveillance.
