The average percentage price decline of a Head & Shoulder’s pattern occurring in a bull market is ~16%.

The pattern will confirm when price breaks under the yellow trendline.

A 16% drop from the yellow trendline would bring price to the ~$74 level, which coincides with the median line of the Schiff Pitchfork and the 50% retrace level.
