Is March 16th THE decision point?

Looks like March 16th could be a major decision point for Bitcoin . We’re likely to confirm a bottom or enter a major capitulation phase. Coincidentally, this is also the date of the historic FOMC meeting. An unlikely decision on zero rate hike will probably send BTC up. 0.5% will almost certainly cause a major cash. The question is what will 0.25% do?
