Introducing Crystal’s Advanced Case Management Solution

Introducing Crystal’s Advanced Case Management Solution

Our latest update (v.2.3.0) introduces several exciting new features, including our new Advanced Case Management System

The Crystal™ Blockchain team is excited to announce Version 2.3.0 of our analytics platform, which now includes an Advanced Case Management System for multi-account onboarding, tracking, and transaction monitoring especially designed for corporate clients.

In the latest version, the Crystal Activity Tool has been significantly upgraded and is now located inside our Monitoring Tool. By combining these features, users can easily create and manage cases. With the latest upgrade, cases now include addresses and transactions.
For compliance officers, Customer Risk Profiles are now much easier to manage. Transaction Risk Scores can now be checked with Real-Time Notifications being sent whenever a transaction qualified as “risky” occurs. Notifications are also sent if a Risk Score changes significantly.

The Advanced Case Management tool will be divided into three main parts:

● Transactions Tab;

● Addresses Tab; and

● Transactions Tab

The Transactions Tab is a tab for adding Transactions to Activity Cases. With the help of this tool, a KYC officer may add a batch of transactions to various cases, specify certain parameters such as the direction of the transaction (i.e. whether it is a deposit or withdrawal) along with the Corresponding Address, and then receive the Risk Score of each transaction.

Also: The Risk Score of each transaction (or all transactions at once) may now be updated with one click.

The functionality of the Addresses Tab is similar to that of the current Activity Tool. But with the latest upgrade, you may now add a set of addresses to one or more cases and get their total balance along with the Risk Score.

The Cases Tab contains a comprehensive list of all Cases in process. When you open a particular case, you will receive a complete list of all its Addresses, Transactions, Total Balance, Latest Updates, and Notification Settings.

Using this tool, clients will now be able to Visualize any Risk Score changes and/or Balance Changes to the case in question.

We have made a number of key improvements to our Visualization Tool to make it more convenient for our users, including:

● Adding Hotkeys to make navigation faster.

● Additional Next Outputs or Previous Inputs may now be limited upon reaching the Entity, which will make the tracing of funds easier and faster.

● The position of Transactions and Addresses on the Visualization is saved, so after clicking on the “Undo” button, all items will return to their previous positions.

● A “+5” button, which allows the user to add 5 inputs, outputs, or transactions to the Visualization with just one click. This will speed up investigations considerably.

The Connections Tool has received several updates to make the data collected more accurate. Now, transactions from new blocks are immediately included in the Connections Tool. Transaction fees are now included in outgoing connections.

We look forward to receiving your feedback about our new Case Management System and its impact on your AML compliance and due diligence processes.
