Importance of user-friendly cryptocurrency exchanges in growing market
After suffering from a long bear market cryptocurrency prices started to head upwards again this summer. With the cryptocurrency market gaining momentum once again, it will get more attention from outside the cryptocurrency community as well.
Even people with no direct ties to the finance sector have by now at least heard of “cryptocurrency” and “Bitcoin”. That said, people outside of the cryptocurrency community mostly have only a vague idea of what these terms mean exactly.
With rising popularity of cryptocurrency, there will be more and more people interested in the topic. The cryptocurrency community is still mostly made up by early adopters who are quick to become familiar with new technologies and ideas. But for the majority of the population the entry to that community is still rocky.
There are many cryptocurrency exchanges on the market, but for total beginners when it comes to trading and finances, these exchanges are rather difficult to use.
Users of exchanges have different needs and especially for new users it is essential to navigate them safely through the system.
For that reason, Mongolia’s first cryptocurrency exchange, AIS-X, plans to implement an AI Concierge that will guide the user. The AI Concierge will remember the user’s habits and provide information and help tailored to the user’s needs.
Another point at which the opinions and needs of exchange users vary greatly is fiat currency: some experienced users prefer to avoid fiat currency altogether but for an inexperienced user the concept of combining fiat and cryptocurrency is essential to be able to trust in cryptocurrencies to begin with.
Therefore it is important to offer cryptocurrency beginners and casual users the possibility to easily exchange fiat currency to cryptocurrency and vice versa.
AIS-X works closely with a major bank in Mongolia and enables fiat and cryptocurrency transactions as well as other bank services such as providing a debit card for its users.
