GMT advisor's money started to move, although they should not

StepN litepaper tells us that advisors will start having access to their tokens (2.5% or 150.000.000 GMT ) in Feb 2023, starting with 0.1% unlock.

But according to the solana explorer, yesterday they started to move their money and already transfered more than 2 millions of GMT .

Given the current agressive marketing, I think there is a fraud going on.
