It Has not broken in a bullish or Bearish way So We can not be sure if the Price is gonna Decrease or Increase but Since it’s a Bearish Pattern we are talking about, the odds of Decreasing Is Much Higher! If the Price becomes Bullish It shall reach 1.8$ But if it becomes bearish It shall reach 0.86$.
