Binance, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, plans to further strengthen its fiat-to-crypto gateways by hiring a former exec TradingView. Let’s chekc to Ex-TradingView COO Joins Binance as the Fiat, Europe and CIS director.

Iskander Malikov, a former chief operating officer at TradingView’s major chart analysis service, has joined Binance as the fiat’s new director, the exchange announced Feb. 6.

Former TradingView COO focusing on European and CIS fiat-to-crypto gateways
Malikov will now be focusing on fiat-to-crypto channels in regions across Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), after serving at TradingView for over three years. The former TradingView executive will primarily work on setting up new gateways as well as widening existing ones within the regions ‘ key markets of Binance.

In addition, Malikov will pursue more methods to simplify transfers between fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat, the announcement states.

Existing “red tape” is one of the major challenges
TradingView is one of the world’s largest social networks for retail and investment traders. Founded in 2011, the platform incorporates major trader tools for interacting with customers, such as analytics, web-based charting, and social features.

By 2020, Binance plans to unlock fiat-to-crypto trade in more than 180 fiat currencies

Binance has recently been actively expanding its fiat gateways to list euro trading against six cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), XRP and Binance Coin (BNB).

The addition of the former TradingView executive to the Binance team is in line with plans of the exchange to allow fiat-to-crypto trading for more than 180 fiat currencies. On January 2nd Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao revealed the ambitious plans.

“One of our key goals for 2020 is to bring crypto to the masses. For this, we aim to enable fiat-to-crypto trading for 180+ fiat currencies, “he wrote about the company’s fiat plans for the next twelve months.
