Ether.fi migrates ether.fi Cash product to OP Mainnet from Scroll

Ether.fi has announced the migration of its non-custodial crypto card product, ether.fi Cash, from the Scroll blockchain to OP Mainnet as of Wednesday. This shift is expected to benefit approximately 70,000 active cards and 300,000 accounts, offering increased liquidity for swaps and access to a larger DeFi ecosystem. Ether.fi Cash allows users to spend stablecoin balances or borrow staked assets for spending while earning yield, and has emerged as a dominant option in the crypto payment card market, accounting for nearly half of all transactions in that sector. The transition to OP Mainnet leverages its robust infrastructure, ensuring a seamless move for users and the capability to cover gas fees during transactions.
