Consolidation continues within the lower short-term trend (blue-yellow) as we transition towards 2850-2750 critical.

In regards to yesterday’s post I’d like to make another correction since neither hammer nor inverse hammer would occur based on prior PA and open.

Looking at W1 close it seems we would need to be somewhere within the buffer (yellow-magenta) to attempt a reversal; the pattern would resemble a morning star .

However regardless of pattern, the key indicator would be holding above the lower short-term support (blue) to prevent a dip into the next long-term zone (black off purple).
