End of Year Update and Season Greetings – pukkamex
As the end of the year approaches and so does the holiday season with it. It has not been an easy year for us; we had our ups and downs, and we’ve shared the good the bad and the ugly together.
One thing you can count on is that here at pukkamex we will not be taking any time off.
Where we stand
We are currently still looking to fund the launch and upkeep of the platform. The general idea is that we cannot launch with funds that will only ensure our burn rate for a period of 3 months. This will simply mean that we are destined to fail. With that being said heres the latest update on the funding situation;
– We hired a broker on retainer for the ME/GCC region looking to fund the platform via sale of tokens and/or equity.
– We hired a broker on retainer for Korea looking to fund the platform via sale of tokens and/or equity.
– We are currently in talks with 2 Saudi investors to close a potential deal.
Should any of these leads pan out we will be ready for launch in 30 days.
What we’ve done the past couple of months
– Solved bugs with copy trading.
– UI improvements.
– Developed code for the insurance policy enabled by PUXP.
– Lined up contracts with a US based firm to market make the spot exchange.
– Lined up contracts with a Swedish based top 5 firm to provide liquidity for the derivatives trading platform.
– Signed a contract with 2 strategic traders and influencers in the space to utilize our follow trading feature; this will ensure daily volume of 2m+ US$.
– We continue to negotiate potential funding deals.
