DOT needs to break above first major swing high, once it does that we can look for entry at retest to previous structure.
Trading is all about probabilities and DOT leaving the down sloping modified schiff pitchfork is a leading indicator that we could be reversing trends here.
However I would wait for further confirmation before placing my bet.
