Dero has made an amazing run recently and is now starting to look overbought. Starting off with the daily, we see the stochastic RSI already topped out at 100. we may linger there for awhile, but it is not sustainable. It needs to cool off and we see the MACD and RSI agreeing – both are starting to flatten out or turn down. We are also at the top of the Bollinger band .
Turning to the 12hr, same thing, but the trend has already started to shift down. It is faster so it is more sensitive, but we can see that the bull run is over for now.
On the 4hr, we see that the final wick above the Bollinger band started the down trend into the middle Bollinger band . MACD has crossed into death cross territory with this candle and RSI is coming down from overbought territory.
On the 2hr, we see a Bollinger band squeeze starting with price now below the middle band. MACD and RSI are trending down, it could start the trend explosion to the downside.
