Curious how this H&S plays out

Hi, trying to see how publishing an idea works 🙂

I was expecting BTC and ALTs to recover and go down at the end of this week. I have gone long and was trying to sell a little higher. But with this pattern following almost exactly as I drew after formation of the head (it went a little lower), I am wondering if and how far a drop is coming now.
