The Russian-Ukrainian crisis, the tanking of the Russian stock exchange (and its subsequent shutdown) has put the economic future of Eastern Europe in a very uncertain state. Why Zero-Knowledge Proofs like zk-STARK and zk-SNARK (combined with KYC and AML methods) might see a renewed interest in the crypto industry in the near future.
