Bybit co-CEO Helen Liu to step down on April 30 for new venture

Bybit announced that Co-CEO Helen Liu will step down on April 30, 2026, to pursue a new entrepreneurial venture. Liu joined Bybit in 2020, holding various senior positions including VP of Human Resources and COO before becoming Co-CEO in 2025. Bybit’s co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou stated that the company will continue to move forward with its global business strategy under the current leadership team, which has been proactive in enhancing the company’s compliance efforts through Dubai’s regulatory sandbox and maintaining transparency, as evidenced by their 31st Proof of Reserves report confirming that all major assets are fully backed.
