Bitcoin chart has a rising wedge pattern on a small time frame but has a falling wedge on a larger time frame.
Although at the moment most of the news related to cryptocurrencies is negative (bear-ish) but never say never in this market.., just think about what will happen if those shorters at 38-39k get liquidated can create a wick up to 50k..?
