Looking at the chart unbiased, the chart is showing a clear falling wedge with bullish divergence on all my indicators. Sentiment is completely bearish and we have a fomc meeting AND Federal Funds Rate today around 18.00 GMT .

I would be looking to take a long position here. Conditions are right for a bullish reversal.
