BTCUSDT double bottom on 1H timeframe and pump?

As we can see previous daily low now here is the neckline of the double top and also is a major resistance zone so only if this resistance (33K$ resistance) breaks we can expect gain here.

Major supports and resistances are also mentioned on the chart.

Notice: only if 30K support zone break price can fall at least to 28K resistance.
