BTCUSD is in a global downtrend. Hard local downward channel , the price is also trading in a sideways range between 40600 and 37000, after a false breakout of resistance, the price has not tested the zone of strong liquidity of 37000, which, as I assume, the price is going to.

I am assuming a downtrend after price testing the 38665 resistance. The key level that is the target is the support of 37000.
