if you understand the cycle of accumulation from a number of perspectives, you will know that this section is the shake out section. Its hard to leverage trade here but spot, its much safer.
If you see a dip, buy the dip for this stage of the cycle makes sense.
Other times buying the dip is crazy, everything has to be in context of the chart.
