So the situation looks ambiguous: the technique says about the decrease, while the mood increases the probability of growth. Therefore, we should wait for local movements, which may give additional signals about the future of bitcoin and the crypto market as a whole.

Altcoins:
In our opinion, TRX still looks attractive for buying, yes, there is a possibility of local decrease, but it should not affect the global rising trend.
