BTC pump or no pump

Bitcoin / TetherUS BINANCE:BTCUSDT

recently saw a bullish pattern . so I expect it to have some pump
once it made a clean cross thru 0.00 in MACD .

but overall for me, BTC is still bearish , my plan is-> btc can be 20-30k. so this can be a little tricky.

what are your thoughts on this one, feel free to comment.
