Buy entry tactics looks logically justified as at the moment there is an impulse movement, which gives us a reason to expect the continuation of the recovery (cancellation of the scenario of the exit below 3913900). Plus, the investors’ mood is at the pessimistic levels, which also increases the chances of upside. Further we will have to monitor the situation as the price moves.
