BTC fractal real?

i posted this fractal about a month ago, obviously it won’t follow exactly but btc is wanting to break to the upside. we are consolidating under major resistance 42k area. also the 50 day moving average also sits where the yellow line is, but i am expecting a retest of the 40k area to flip back into support. the 42k area has been the main support and resistance since back a year ago. as long as we are above 40k i am a little bullish . if we can break 42k and hold i will be bullish . 30k to 40k i am neutral and under 30k ill flip bear mode.
