BTC – few sellers but where are the buyers?

Technical:
Since late January BTC has had three lower highs – looks like a bottom may have formed
however, bullish signs are weak
Market context:
IMHO there are very few sellers left, hence the bottom. But the buyers have not come back yet when they will BTC enters an uptrend.
Status:
sideways channel with a bias to the upside
