Welcome to this BTC /USDT update. What a beautiful daily close we got. My previous idea of the Head&Shoulder bearish pattern is invalidated and I feel no shame to accept it. I don’t say like other people that I’m absolutely right every single time, I also made some mistakes and I have no shame to accept them.

Now, let’s get to the chart first.

BTC is still maintaining inside the same channel and holding the $39k support in the daily time frame very well so far. Yesterday we got a beautiful daily close above $40k

Now, BTC has to break the resistance 1 which is at the $41.5k-$42.5k level, and also there is a 50D MA. If we get a successful close above resistance then we are all set to test our resistance 2 which is at the $46k-$48k level.

Invalidation level:- Daily close below $39k
